Standard engagements are for six months; long enough to see the transformation and recognize the value to your business. MENTOR ENGAGEMENT

Mentor is a twenty hour per month engagement, where we provide an executive level resource to serve as a mentor for your team and your business. Mentor engagements start with the One Day Marketing Map as a proven process that provides insights, targeted messaging and a strategic roadmap for your business, along with the mentoring necessary to help your team reach your business goals. Mentor engagements are best suited for companies who need a different perspective or path to help an existing marketing and leadership team rapidly accelerate toward even more business success.

MASTER ENGAGEMENT

Master is a forty hour per month engagement, with more hands on involvement, leadership and  guidance for your team, coaching leaders and team members on strategic direction and instructive execution of your goal focused roadmap. Master engagements provide a framework to establish your plan, and develop both existing internal resources and specialized external resources to strengthen your marketing efforts and achieve your goals. Master engagements work best for small teams who need more resources, direct engagement or skilled capabilities than they currently have, in order to reach business success.

MAVERICK ENGAGEMENT

Maverick is an eighty hour per month engagement, often used for a start up with little or no marketing in place, an organization transitioning between marketing leaders, or a business that has plateaued and needs to inject growth into the company and the culture. Maverick engagements build your go to market business approach, organize your marketing team, and develop a culture of alignment between products and services, sales, operations and marketing. Maverick engagements establish a short term and longer term strategic path and create a foundation of success that breeds more success. Our goal is to help you establish your start up, or invigorate your business past a plateau. Maverick engagements are committed partnerships, with a deeper investment in your business and your success.
